If you have the interest in starting an IDEA Independent User Group (IIUG) in your area, you are not alone! Audimation Services is committed to s upporting you along the way. Below are recommendations and resources available to each IIUG.
First Steps:
User Group Member Roles:
As an IIUG, you are able to organize your group however you see fit. Below are recommendations:
- User Group Leader - point of contact for Audimation Services, sets the meeting agenda, meeting host (introduces new members, moderator)
- Coordinator - sends out emails to members, orders food (if necessary), assists user group leader in tasks, collect and fees (if necessary)
- Secretary - takes minutes for meetings
Recommendations:
- Create a LinkedIn Group - This is a great resource to keep IDEA users connected and involved.
- Develop an Email Database
- Create a Calendar of Events
