Our goal is for the IDEA User Groups to be run independly by the users. We realize that some groups need additional assistance in order to stay active. We provide support to all IDEA User Group in the following ways:

IDEA User Communication
Audimation Services will be the first in communication to all users. We can poll the area to see if there is interest in forming a group. We will also promote all User Group meetings to users in the area. 

Registration Assistance
Upon request, Audimation Services can manage the online registration of the meetings. Our coordinator will communication registration lists with group leader.

User Group Information on Website
Audimation Services' web site will have a list of current IUG locations. Contact information will be posted with permission.

Audimation Services will provide certain giveaways for meetings. Communication with the meeting leader will determine what items are needed.

Audimation Services Staff or Speaker Request
We will try our best to help you find a speaker (local or remotely). We cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide an in-person speaker, but many of our speakers are available to present remotely.

Marketing Materials
We will provide any of the following product collateral for all IIUG meetings:

  • IDEA Product Profile & Flyers
  • IDEA Brochure (product and training information)
  • CaseWare Monitor Brochure
  • Research Reports

Administrative Resources
Any additional items each IIUG might need.
