Position Overview:

Audimation Services is widely recognized as a leader in providing data analysis technology and services to help organizations understand their data, assess risks, test controls and fight fraud. Through our longstanding partnership with CaseWare Analytics, we offer professional-grade technology to our customers by serving as the sole U.S. distributor of IDEA® Data Analysis Software.

The Marketing Coordinator will work with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing activities for our sales, customer success, training and services teams. The coordinator will also serve as partner liaison for the Academic Partnership program coordinating with professors to provide university students with hands-on experience using data analytics technology. The marketing coordinator will report to the marketing manager.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in the development of company marketing materials, including emails, web content, internal sales documents, PowerPoint presentations and other items as required
  • Work with website manager to manage on-site and off-site SEO for company
  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence including Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and potentially adding channels
  • Run regular social campaigns and track their success
  • Provide recommendations to help increase online visibility and page rankings
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines to achieve optimal results
  • Works with marketing manager to expand the Academic Partnership by developing new marketing strategies to educate prospects on the benefits of participation
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with existing participants including developing resources and responding to requests
  • Deliver a great experience to our partners – you will represent our brand and be the Academic Partnership liaison internally (about 50% of the time)
  • Represent the company by participate in tradeshows or company-hosted events to share information about products and services (travel about 10% of the time)


  • Bachelor’ s degree in Marketing or closely related major
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Ability to communication in verbal and written form to a variety of audiences with excellent people skills. (Please provide work samples)
  • Positive attitude, goal, detail and customer oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently with limited guidance
  • Strong computer and communication skills

Other Skills/Abilities:

  • Previous experience or knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), such as Microsoft Dynamics
  • Familiarity with marketing automation processes and technologies, such as Marketo
  • Graphic design experience is a plus, specifically experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop (Please provide work samples.)
