Audimated Apps™
for IDEA® - Data Analysis Software make analyzing data more efficient, flexible and faster. These apps are pre-written with specific objectives. Simply install and run the apps whenever needed. Audimated Apps are designed to be shared within the organization and can be installed on multiple computers for a single fee.
Apps are written such that the user answers a series of questions regarding which analysis to run and selects the fields to use for amounts and key values. The Audimated Apps process the work, creating a series of results files which can then be reviewed. The apps efficiently break down data sets to allow users to focus their time on the results, instead of the process.
Looping Search (NEW!)
Searching multiple data fields in IDEA is easy with this new Looping Search App. IDEA users can search within 1, 2, or 3 fields for specific words, phrases, numbers, dates or other information. Each search produces a separate database, where a field is added to each database to identify the item that was used for the search. The search results are compiled into a single database, flagged and named based on the field name of the items for easy retrieval. The remaining databases are deleted – allowing users to focus on specific data sets for further analysis.
Excel Export Utility (NEW!)
Export multiple IDEA databases from a directory, such as the working folder, into Excel to include in work papers, provide exceptions to clients for research or summarize data to share with non-IDEA users. With the Excel Export Utility, IDEA users can export one, all or any selected combination of IDEA databases into its own separate Excel worksheet within one Excel file. Users can create a new Excel file, overwrite an existing Excel file or append the new worksheets to the set of existing, worksheets in an Excel file. The user can also assign the name of the Excel file before execution. With this new tool, users can efficiently export multiple IDEA databases within seconds or minutes and have them collected in one Excel file.
Address XChecker
Cross-checking addresses can be problematic due to the variations in spelling and punctuation found within the data. Address XChecker isolates duplicate addresses between two databases, by distilling the addresses to just numbers and then comparing the data without considering the spelling and punctuation variations.
Social Security Number Analyses
Tests combine information available on the Social Security Administration Web site with IDEAScripts to analyze SSN validity. This test allows you to analyze social security data for validity, duplicates and sequential SSNs within a database.

Prices per title is $150.00 and discounts are available on the purchase of multiple apps. The cost is per company - no need to purchase one for each IDEA user in your organization.
