Cancellation Policy
Public Training, Seminars, Distance Learning, Webcasts & User Conferences:
You can contact us to reschedule for another location/time at the same event or substitute a co-worker without penalty as long as the substitute has similar or more advanced IDEA data analysis skills. Rescheduling must be for an event within 12 months of the original event date. Otherwise the cancellation penalties below will apply.
Cancellations with a request for refund must be made in writing before the event start date. Any
written cancellation request received more than 10 days before the event
start date will be subject to a US $50 processing fee. If the event fee
is less than $50, then no refund is available. A written cancellation
request received less than 10 days before the start date will be subject
to the lesser of a US $250 non-refundable service charge or the entire event fee. No refunds will be given for
confirmed registrations not cancelled by the event start date. All
requests for refunds will be processed within 30 days following the
program.
If for any reason Audimation Services must cancel an event, then no fee
will be assessed. Audimation Services reserves the right to cancel any event if there is insufficient participation.

NASBA Information
Audimation Services, Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of the continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org
