importing a file, or need advice on what format to request
given the client's system and environment. We can walk you
through the use of the @functions within
IDEA to
manipulate problem data, help you join or append databases,
or define files for you.

This service is covered by
your annual support fee (the first 12 months is included in
the purchase price of your IDEA license) unless the time required
to define the file becomes excessive.

of the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
