This two-part live webcast is designed to acquaint new users and refresh current users with some of the most commonly used features in IDEA. Webcasts provides attendees with a foundation for formal IDEA training or internal training programs. Format: Participation is through the Internet and teleconference call. Each user that will log on to the webcast will need to register separately. If a group of users will view the webcast in a conference room type setting with a projector, only one registration per session is needed.

Getting Started with IDEA: An Introduction to Analyzing Data This session reviews: understanding data views, performing a file extraction, detecting duplicate data, using gap detection functions, summarizing data by groups (field summarization), and joining tables.
