Integration Partner Program


As the sole U.S. distributor of IDEA® – Data Analysis Software and CaseWare Monitor, we are committed to providing expertise, training and support to help our customers maximize their use of our technology. To extend our reach in these areas, we have established an Integration Partner Program.


Our Integration Partners are selected based on specific criteria including:

     •  Technical expertise in data analysis, continuous auditing and monitoring, risk management, internal controls, fraud detection, and compliance

     •  Product knowledge of IDEA and CaseWare Monitor

     •  Proven track record of providing consulting and customization services



Partners work as an extension of our consulting team to provide rapid implementation and optimization services for IDEA and CaseWare Monitor. We also look to our partners for recommendations and shared customer feedback to help guide product direction.


 

Integration Partners for IDEA Users


Whether your organization needs assistance with understanding and acquiring data to be able to import it into IDEA, or developing custom IDEAScripts to standardize and automate analysis, our Integration Partners can help. Partners receive extensive training and have proven experience using IDEA. They can also provide guidance on using IDEA to its fullest extent, including achieving audit objectives, indentifying fraud, assessing risk, meeting compliance and documentation standards, and reporting. Partners are also available for on-the-job training and development for both new and experienced IDEA users.


 

Integration Partners for CaseWare Monitor Users


CaseWare Monitor is a continuous auditing and monitoring solution developed to meet the demand for improved risk management across all business lines by:

     •  Compiling data from various internal and external sources as needed

     •  Examining and identifying unusual transactions

     •  Automatically reporting exceptions to the appropriate individual

     •  Documenting the outcomes and resolution of each exception

 

CaseWare Monitor was developed to address common barriers to adopting continuous monitoring such as ease of use, cost effectiveness and scalability. Our solution can be applied to business processes anywhere in the organization, regardless of the underlying system or platform.


Our Integration Partners offer implementation and customization services to help apply CaseWare Monitor's continuous auditing and monitoring capabilities to specific business processes in your organization. CaseWare Monitor customers can work closely with our integration partners to establish an appropriate scope for continuous controls monitoring and set a program for risk assessment, controls testing, and required monitoring. By applying their extensive product training and technical expertise, our partners can develop customized tests using IDEAScripts designed to significantly reduce compliance costs, detect fraud, improve operations and strengthen internal controls. They can also advise your team on using CaseWare Monitor's workflow management and dashboards to simplify day-to-day exception monitoring, management, reporting and resolution of issues.
