Three years ago, East Carolina University (ECU) set out to incorporate data analytics into a majority of their internal audit projects. Learn how they migrated from Excel to IDEA and how they've changed their internal audit methodology to increase data analytics knowledge across the institution (and beyond internal audit!). Chief Audit Executive Stacie Tronto won a state-wide award in North Carolina for Internal Audit excellence in 2017 that included her team’s adoption of data analytics as an example for other UNC System Schools.

Winning Ways in data analytics often require process and methodology changes in addition to adoption of audit software. Join this final Winning Ways webcast to learn how one successful internal audit team has incorporated data analytics throughout their internal audit processes to build an environment where everyone sees value in using data analytics rather than just the “data specialists.”
