Overview


Audimation Services, Inc., is searching for a proven, consultative sales professional with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in B2B technology, software and professional services sales to join our dynamic sales team. Audimation sales professionals develop client-for-life relationships from groups of targeted leads by clearly communicating Audimation's unique value proposition and ROI so compellingly that they say “yes”.

Audimation’s Account Manager (AM) is responsible for revenue generation through the sale of Audimation’s data analytics software, add-ons, applications, business solutions, training and professional services. Using a variety of lead generation sources, the AM will generate, contact and qualify leads which result in closed sales. The AM’s key performance objective is to consistently meet and exceed individual sales monthly, quarterly and annual defined sales targets. The AM will contribute to the team success through individual performance, collaboration and the effective execution of designated sales plans and initiatives. The position reports to the Director of Business Development.

 
Key Duties & Responsibilities
 

  • Generate sales of Audimation products/services through execution of individual action plans, marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives to meet revenue generation targets and performance objectives. This includes, but is not limited to: proactive lead generation, cold-call/prospecting, development and conversion of leads generated through networking, marketing initiatives, events, referrals and social/electronic media.

  • Qualify and convert leads to closed sales as well as expand and enhance long-term client relationships.

  • Deliver product demonstrations that educate prospects on Audimation’s value-added business solutions offerings.

  • Develop value-added, client relationships through regular, strategic communication. Persuade clients to expand their purchase of Audimation products and services. Introduce new/enhanced applications, add-ons, products, features, business solutions and professional service offerings.

  • Proactively seek, gain and develop leads through referrals from existing clients and independent lead generation via web-based applications, personal and other sources.

  • Develop and maintain, per established guidelines, an up-to-date, accurate sales pipeline utilizing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM to document and manage all sales activities.

  • As required, participate in off-site sales and marketing initiatives such as conferences/trade shows, training, professional association and networking events.

  • Proactively maintain and enhance personal professional/technical knowledge base through participation in training seminars, self-directed skills development, networking and professional associations.

  • Working individually or in teams, as requested by management, execute other assignments/tasks across all functional/operational areas required to achieve organizational goals.

 
Required Skills, Experience & Credentials
 

  • Minimum of five (5) yrs. experience in B2B technology, software and professional services sales, required.

  • Sales professionals whose experience includes finance, accounting, or audit preferred.

  • Proven (documented and verifiable) ability to exceed defined revenue generation and performance targets in a competitive environment with a sense of urgency.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or a related field.

  • Proven self-learner committed to life-long learning and improvement.

  • CaseWare IDEA Analyst (CIDA) certification preferred.

  • Effective articulate professional communicator with a persuasive, engaging demeanor and clear, professional phone, in-person, and on-line presence.

  • Experienced in the use of CRM to maintain accurate account information, client data, sales and lead activity; Microsoft Dynamics proficiency preferred.

  • Proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office suite of products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and proficiency in the use of personal computers (desk-top, laptop), peripherals and mobile devices (tablet, smart phone, etc.).

  • Ability to travel domestically via automobile and/or public carrier, as required.

  • Ability to work independently, within established parameters, while understanding the necessity for communicating/coordinating work efforts with colleagues and management.
