Overview


Audimation Services, Inc., is searching for a proven consultative, sales professional (a true Hunter) with a minimum of seven (7) experience in B2B technology, software and professional services sales to join our dynamic team. Audimation sales professionals develop client-for-life relationships from groups of targeted leads by clearly communicating Audimation's unique value proposition and ROI so compellingly that they say “YES”.

Audimation’s Account Executive (AE) is a professional level sales position responsible for revenue generation through the sale of data analytics software, CaseWare product (including IDEA®), professional services - solutions, related applications, add-ons and plug-ins. Using a variety of lead generation sources, the AE will identify and qualify high-potential leads concluding in closed sales. The AE’s key performance objective is to consistently meet and exceed individual sales monthly, quarterly and annual defined targets by increasing sales of the full suite of Audimation’s software products, professional services – solutions and related offerings. This position reports to the Director of Revenue Generation or other designated Audimation manager.

 
Key Duties & Responsibilities
 

  • Generate sales of Audimation products/services through execution of individual action plans, marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives to meet or exceed performance objectives. This includes, but is not limited to: proactive lead generation, cold-call/prospecting, follow-up contact, development and conversion of leads generated through networking, marketing campaigns, emails, events, referrals and social media platforms.

  • Using consultative selling techniques and other defined sales processes contact and qualify leads. Convert qualified leads to closed sales through their purchase of Audimation professional services and software/products.

  • Deliver compelling, ROI-driven proposals (including demonstrations) that educate potential clients on Audimation’s value-added: software, professional services offerings, specialized applications, add-ons/plug-ins, business solution offerings and training services. These proposals/demonstrations result in closed sales.

  • Develop value-added, client-for-life relationships through regular, strategic client communication and persuade them to expand their use of Audimation products and service offerings.

  • Proactively seek and gain potential clients through referrals from existing clients and independent lead generation through web-based platforms and other sources.

  • Develop and maintain, per established guidelines, an up-to-date, accurate sales pipeline utilizing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM to document and manage all sales activities.

  • As required, participate in web-based and off-site sales and initiatives such as conferences/trade shows, training, professional association and networking events.

  • Proactively maintain and enhance a professional/technical knowledge base through participation in training seminars, self-directed skills development, networking and professional associations.

  • Actively contribute to the achievement of team goals. Including, but not limited to, meeting participation, research, data gathering, problem resolution, planning and execution of special projects as may be required.

 
Required Skills, Experience & Credentials
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or a related field – Accounting preferred.

  • Minimum of seven (7) yrs. experience in B2B technology, high volume software and/or professional services sales. Sales professionals whose have a minimum one (1) yr. (verifiable) finance, accounting, or audit experience preferred.

  • Proven (documented) ability to exceed sales targets in a competitive environment with a sense of urgency.

  • CaseWare IDEA Analyst (CIDA) certification preferred.

  • Effective articulate professional communicator with a persuasive, engaging demeanor and clear, professional phone, in-person, and online presence. Skilled in the use of consultative selling techniques and solution-focused practices.

  • Experienced in the use of a CRM to maintain accurate account information, client data, sales and lead activity.

  • Proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and proficiency in the use of personal computers (desktop, laptop), peripherals and mobile devices (tablet, smartphone, etc).

  • Aptitude in establishing productive teamed relationships with clients, managers, colleagues and strategic partners with an emphasis on effective two-way communication.

  • Ability to work independently, within established parameters, while understanding the necessity for communicating/coordinating work efforts with colleagues and management.

  • Ability to travel domestically via automobile and public carrier, as required.
