Inside Sales Lead

Audimation Services, Inc., is growing in 2021 and our Revenue Generation group is searching for an experienced inside sales leader with the proven ability to create a cohesive, empowered team and successfully direct all aspects of Inside Sales operations. This sales leader must have a minimum of eight (8) years’ inside sales experience in B2B technology, software and professional services sales which includes a minimum of four (4) years in a supervisory/lead role. Audimation’s philosophy is to develop long-term, strategic partnerships with our clients by providing data analytics solutions and professional Services that improve bottom-line profitability.

The Inside Sales Lead (ISL) is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of CaseWare IDEA® data analytics products, related CaseWare offerings as well as Audimation’s professional services and solutions. The ISL will develop and implement a range of strategically aligned, best practice initiatives which drive sales and grow the client base. The ISL provides direction, supervision and leadership to the Inside Sales Team. Delivering focused initiatives, proactive individual performance guidelines and engaged leadership, the ISL will position the Inside Sales team to achieve individual and team performance targets. The ISL will collaborate with management and colleagues to drive revenue growth, market recognition and achievement of Audimation’s strategic business objectives. This position reports to the Director of Revenue Generation or other designated Audimation management.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Generate sales of CaseWare IDEA® data analytics products and related CaseWare offerings to businesses through renewals, growth of existing accounts and client base expansion.

  • Develop and execute focused Inside Sales strategies, initiatives and programs to meet revenue generation targets and team performance objectives. These strategies and initiatives should include a focus on outreach to targeted pools of potential leads and conversion of leads to customers. Outreach methods and pathways include: calls, email, training/webinars/events, marketing initiatives, social media and other platforms.

  • Identify high-quality “warm” leads which offer opportunities for larger, more complex and/or enterprise level sales. Support conversion of “warm leads” to completed sales via partnership with Enterprise sales colleagues.

  • Provide leadership, direction, skill enhancement and resources to the Inside Sales team enabling them to successfully execute their duties with an emphasis on maintaining open lines of candid, two-way communication. Such as: definition of duties, responsibilities and tasks, quality standards, methodologies, protocols, processes, company culture and values. Provide real-time performance feed-back.

  • Proactively facilitate collaboration and between Inside Sales team members and other Audimation teams/colleagues to improve opportunity conversion rates.

  • Review and analyze team performance to determine performance-to plan status, ROI of specific initiatives/plans and effectiveness of resource allocations. Implement modifications as required, to achieve targets and goals.

  • Provide management reports, analysis and intelligence as requested. Including, but not limited to: sales analysis, project status, trends, KPI/metrics, recommendations for improvement, resource allocation and staffing.

  • Proactively contribute to the advancement of Audimation’s culture (Core Values and Key Behaviors) through participation in activities, protocol compliance and respectful work environment practices. Establish and maintain effective two-way communication with managers and colleagues.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Audimation offerings, market trends, best practices, sales strategies and social media use. Monitor competitor products, sales trends,marketing strategies and related initiatives.

  • Maintain and enhance personal, professional and technical knowledge base through participation in training seminars, self-directed skills development, networking and professional associations.

Required Skills, Experience & Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or a related field – accounting preferred.

  • Eight (8) yrs. Inside Sales experience of B2B software/technology and professional services sales. Four (4) years experience in a line supervisor/manager role.

  • Proven ability to successfully supervise and direct all aspects of Inside Sales operations.

  • Proven performance in creating a cohesive, empowered team that will exceed revenue generation targets and performance goals. Ability to achieve team success by: establishing and maintaining lines of two-way, candid, communication; providing clear direction/plans; coaching and mentoring.

  • Experienced in the development and execution Inside Sales strategies that consistently exceed revenue generation targets and achieve other strategic objectives.

  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a competitive environment with a sense of urgency.

  • Effective articulate professional communicator with a persuasive, engaging demeanor and clear, professional phone, in - person, and on-line presence. Skilled in the use of consultative selling techniques and solution-focused practices.

  • Aptitude in establishing productive teamed relationships with clients, managers, and colleagues.

  • Proven self-learner committed to life-long knowledge expansion and improvement.

  • Experienced in the use of a CRM to maintain accurate account information, client data, sales and lead activity.

  • Proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office suite of products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and in the use of personal computers, peripherals and mobile devices.

  • Ability to travel domestically via automobile and public carrier, as required.

  • Ability to work independently, within established parameters, while understanding the necessity for communicating/coordinating work efforts with colleagues.
