Overview


The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for revenue generation through the sale of designated CaseWare IDEA® data analytics products, licenses, training and offerings. Through outbound lead generation (calls/ emails) and inbound lead follow-up, the ISR will identify, engage and qualify leads: generating closed sales or routing specific “warm leads” to the appropriate account manager for development. The ISR’s key performance objective is to meet individual sales targets and “warm” lead generation goals. The ISR will contribute to the team success through personal performance, collaboration with team members/colleagues and execution of designated sales plans and initiatives. This position reports to the Director of Revenue Generation Development or other designated Audimation manager.

 
Key Duties & Responsibilities
 

  • Generate sales of designated CaseWare IDEA® data analytics products, licenses, training and offerings through execution of individual action plans, marketing campaigns and related initiatives to meet sales targets and performance objectives. This includes, but is not limited to: outbound contact (calling, emails), follow-up of leads generated through marketing initiatives, referrals and media sources. Assist in-coming caller as appropriate.

  • Review potential lead groups, identify and contact key stakeholders to generate interest in CaseWare IDEA® data analytics offerings. Introduce potential clients/leads to Audimation’s strategic partnership philosophy. Convert leads to clients through closed sales.

  • Research organizations/businesses from a targeted pool to define potential, high-value leads. Identify, engage assess and qualify “warm leads”. Schedule meetings with the appropriate account manager for further development.

  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell. Persuade existing clients to expand their purchase of product offerings and services. Introduce new offerings, updates, and related items. Proactively seek, gain and develop leads through client referrals. Route leads to designated account manager as appropriate.

  • Deliver accurate product and service information, in a manner that engages and demonstrates Audimation’s unique ROI and highlights our “strategic partnership” client philosophy.

  • Accurately process sales and meeting arrangements via designated platform and guidelines. Ensure client requests and needs are communicated to the appropriate operational groups and team members.

  • Develop and maintain, per established guidelines, an up-to-date, accurate pipeline, client information and activity logs utilizing the CRM to document and manage all sales and lead generation activities.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of company history, mission, values, products and services, value proposition, competitor offerings and industry best practices.

  • Maintain and enhance personal professional/technical knowledge base through participation in training seminars, self-directed skills development and other resources.

  • Proactively contribute to the advancement of team culture (Core Values and Key Behaviors) through participation in activities, professional decorum and respectful work environment practices.

  • Working individually or in teams execute other assignments/tasks across the organization to achieve strategic business objectives.

 
Required Skills, Experience & Credentials
 

  • Minimum of two (2) yrs. experience in B2B sales required. Experience in the sale of technology, software, SaaS and related offerings preferred.

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent in business, IT, communication or a related field required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and performance goals in a competitive environment with a sense of urgency.

  • Proven self-learner committed to life-long learning and improvement.

  • Effective articulate professional communicator with a persuasive, engaging demeanor and clear, professional phone, in-person, and on-line presence.

  • Experienced in the use of CRM to maintain accurate account information, client data, sales and lead activity; Microsoft Dynamics proficiency preferred.

  • Aptitude in establishing productive teamed relationships with clients, managers, colleagues and strategic partners with an emphasis on effective two-way communication.

  • Proven ability to successfully complete a range of detailed tasks in a fast-paced work environment (i.e. flexibility, focus, prioritization.

  • Proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office suite of products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and proficiency in the use of personal computers (desk-top, laptop), peripherals and mobile devices (tablet, smart phone, etc.).

  • Ability to work independently, within established parameters, while understanding the necessity for communicating/coordinating work efforts with colleagues and management.
