Overview


The Marketing Coordinator (MC) supports strategically-aligned marketing initiatives which will drive brand recognition, grow the client base and position Audimation as the leading provider of CaseWare IDEA® products and Data Analytics Solutions powered by CaseWare. Key responsibilities: copy/content creation; graphic/image applications; digital/social media programs and analytics; e-communication, lead generation, collateral development. The MC uses platforms such as: automated marketing, lead generation, digital/social media and web analytics [Google Analytics, InDesign, Photoshop, MailChimp, Apollo, SFDC, WordPress, others]. Through individual performance and collaboration with managers and team members, the MC contributes to the achievement of Marketing and Revenue Generation team strategic objectives. This position reports to the Director of Revenue Generation or other designated team/program manager.

 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 

  • Support Audimation’s strategic marketing plan through execution of assigned initiatives with the goal of generating a continuous flow of qualified leads and account growth enhancing top line profitability.

  • Create copy/content (reflecting Audimation’s brand voice) which motivates potential and existing clients to act. Tailor copy/content to the target audience, include SEO optimization words, ensure messaging and branding consistency and format for the appropriate medium. Modify existing content to ensure requirements compliance.

  • Perform graphic/image application (modification, basic design, incorporation) using graphic/image design tools (InDesign, Photoshop). Ensure imaging is formatted for the required medium and meets messaging and branding standards. As appropriate, combine with copy/IP to create the required deliverable and/or outcome.

  • Provide “completed” marketing deliverables (collateral) such as: eblasts, newsletters, posts, templates, guides, and other collateral. Assemble and adapt required elements to create the desired required deliverable. Publish (disseminate) via appropriate protocols and channels.

  • Maintain digital/social media accounts, including: profile, layout, visual components, functional links, flows, etc., Execute posting schedules, stay up-to-date on platform changes, maximize use of channel features, deliver accurate, focused content, postings, updates. Make recommendations for improvement as appropriate. Key objectives: smooth, engaging user experience; drive audience engagement; encourage web traffic; creation of new sales opportunities.

  • Update and maintain social media content by uploading messages, promotions, posts, articles, collateral, etc. Review and modify collateral and updates prior to posting. Ensure appropriate formatting, messaging and brand consistency.

  • Monitor digital/social media initiative performance, website traffic, SEO ranking, and similar indicators (Google Analytics). Determine performance-to-plan progress and ROI. Provide reports, analysis and other information as required by management. Make recommendations for plan and protocol modifications to improve outcomes.

 
Required Skills, Experience and Credentials
 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Design or related field

  • Minimum of three (3) years of B2B marketing experience. 5+yrs experience preferred. Experience (B2B) related to software, SaaS and/or data analytics solutions and services preferred.

  • Proven ability to create high-quality copy, content and communication (in the appropriate format) applying the company brand voice and messaging style.

  • Ability to perform graphic/image application tasks (modification, basic design, incorporation, formatting) with InDesign, Photoshop.

  • Expertise in the deployment and maintenance of digital/social media accounts (layout, visual aspects, links, flows) and effective delivery of marketing campaigns, initiatives, communication, etc. [LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube a must. Additional channels a plus].

  • Skilled is the use of web analytics (Google), SEO optimization, analysis, reporting.

  • Experienced in the use of a CRM (SFDC preferred), Lead Generation (Apollo, SFDC ) eCommunication (MailChimp/others), WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite, computers and mobile devices.

  • Effective articulate professional communicator with an engaging, professional demeanor, phone, in-person, online presence.

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding defined performance targets, with a continual sense of urgency.

  • Aptitude in establishing productive teamed relationships with clients, managers and colleagues with an emphasis on effective two-way communication.

  • Ability to work independently, within established parameters, while understanding the necessity for communicating/coordinating work efforts with colleagues and management.

  • Proven self-learner committed to life-long learning and improvement.

  • Proven ability to successfully complete a range of detailed tasks in a fast-paced work environment (i.e. flexibility, focus, prioritization.
