SmartExporter Now Available in the U.S. for Extraction of SAP Data for Review and Analysis

Release of SmartExporter further expands Audimation Services, Inc.'s product offerings

Houston – October 14, 2010 – Audimation Services, Inc. today announced the availability of SmartExporter, a software solution designed to simplify the extraction of SAP data for review and analysis.

SmartExporter resolves many common issues associated with transferring SAP data outside the software's environment, such as security, data capacity and timing of data downloads. It significantly reduces or eliminates the need for IT involvement to obtain data sets from SAP, which saves time and effort. Data requests are generated in a Window's-based desktop by selecting criteria from a standardized or customized directory of more than 79,000 SAP tables. Configured data requests can be saved for repeat use.

Users can schedule SAP exports based on the current workload for immediate download or for a specific time during off-peak business hours. SmartExporter provides additional security with the ability to set access parameters based on SAP user permissions, which ensures original data cannot be modified. Additionally, actions are recorded by a unique ID for maximum transparency. Other unique advantages include formatting options, capacity indicators and familiar user interface for increased ease of use.

Output formats include IMD (CaseWare IDEA®), CSV, Access, TXT, AIS, and files formatted according to the default data structure. SmartExporter is an independent application that does not require an IDEA license. SmartExporter is compatible with Windows XP SP2, Vista, Version 7 and .NET Framework 3.5 SP1.
