Dr. Amanda White
Senior Lecturer, University of Technology Sydney
Amanda White has previously held positions as a trainee at Coopers and Lybrand and later on as a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Her professional experience has focused providing operational risk management to the financial services and services industries. In 2002 she completed a Bachelor of Business (Honours). Amanda completed her PhD at the University of New South Wales in the area of audit judgement and decision making. Amanda's research now focuses on the teaching and learning aspects of accounting education. Initiatives developed within the subjects that Amanda teaches have been adopted across the University and Amanda has been invited to speak on numerous occassions at conferences on accounting education and the use of technology.
