PrerequisitesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Windows® desktop environment and Microsoft Office® applications. IDEA Data Analysis Level 1 and one year of consistent use of IDEA including importing, adding fields, extracting data, and summarizing data. No advance preparation is required.
After completing this training, participants will be able to:

  • Differentiate between Boolean data type values when building equations
  • Apply @functions to extract quarterly information from a date field
  • Apply @functions function to filter information from a database
  • Identify and apply @functions that can be used to cleanse and normalize data
