Taking Your IDEA Skills to the Next Level
IDEA® Data Analysis Level 2 is a hands-on, two-day course, ideal for those who have completed the IDEA Data Analysis Level 1 training or already have a solid understanding
of IDEA platform functionality. This training will cover more advanced principles, such as creating complex equations or criteria, automating tasks, and connecting databases.
Topics include, but are not limited to, advanced imports, data profiling with Benford’s Law, advanced extractions, connecting multiple databases, advanced @functions, custom
functions, and introduction to automation using IDEA.
**Please note participants are required to be actively engaged in the class and complete coursework to qualify for CPE credit.**

After completing this training, participants will be able to:
- Handle difficult imports with greater confidence, speed and accuracy
- Create advanced extractions and summarizations
- Connect multiple databases to bring data together from different sources for analysis
- Apply advanced @Functions to perform complex calculations and testing
- Perform advanced data profiling using Benford’s Law
- Automate processes/tasks by working with Visual Script and IDEAScripts
- Access resources available from CaseWare for continued learning
