Expert Data Importing Services Available

To help accounting and audit professionals meet the challenges of acquiring, normalizing and importing client data into IDEA for analysis, Audimation Services, Inc. provides expert Data Importing Services.

“Data acquisition and preparation is a time-consuming part of the analysis process,” said Phyllis Eriksen, Manager of Products & Software Support. “We have combined the techniques and processes that have yielded positive results for our clients and brought them to market as a turnkey service designed to save hours of effort. Our goal is to eliminate the inherent time and frustration of importing challenging files so professionals can focus on more value-add tasks.”

Some of the importing services available include:

  • Data requests including defining and accessing data sources of all types
  • Merging files from different formats and databases
  • Cleansing and normalizing data to prepare it for importing into IDEA
  • Working with large or complex data types

In addition to expert techniques, Audimation Services uses OCR software technology to quickly turn scanned PDFs into IDEA-read data. Any required manual changes are tracked and provided to the client. Clients also receive confirmation of control totals to ensure data was imported correctly. Clients may select their preferred output file type, and all data is exchanged through a secure file sharing platform.

Audimation Services offers no-obligation quotes, flexible pricing, and all work is completed in a timely manner. For more information or to request a quote, contact [email protected].
