Two New Audimated Apps Released

The Duplicate Excluder Audimated App is a suite of eleven tests developed to help you identify potential areas of interest in your data. It adds flexibility and customization to the already indispensable Duplicate Key Exclusion task native to IDEA. With Duplicate Key Exclusion, records are identified where certain key fields are the same but one field, the exclusion field, is different. The Duplicate Excluder refines what the difference for the one field should be to reduce the number of false positives. Where applicable, the user is able to define ranges to limit the amount of difference allowed. It helps narrow the data population to focus on anomalies, errors and other areas of interest with increased speed and ease.

 

 

The Word List Maker Audimated App enables you to create a unique list of the words found in a selected field. All the words will be converted to uppercase and special characters will be removed. The final word list will be ordered based on the frequency of word usage with the most frequently used words appearing at the top. This app utilizes the IDEAScript feature to run tests by simply answering several prompts, and simplifies the process of creating a unique list of words found in the field so you can focus on the results rather than the process.
