JoRay McCoy CFE, MFFA, SMIA, CPO is an audit and investigative executive with more than 20 years of data analytics experience. As Director of Office Management Enterprise Services Audit and Internal Investigations, McCoy has built successful audit and anti-fraud programs. He created the state government’s first paperless auditing system, an anonymous web-based Suspected Fraud and Abuse Reporting Application (SFARA).
